ABOUT the Louisville Compensation Association (LCA)
One of the greatest challenges for compensation and benefits professionals today is staying current with the changes in our field. Whether it's learning about the newest design in variable compensation plans, understanding changes in the legislative arena or dealing with a turbulent economy, it's critical to stay up to date and ahead of the curve.
The Louisville Compensation Association is a great source of information and professional development in metro Louisville. Membership is open to professionals in the metropolitan area who are engaged in the design, establishment, execution, consultation, administration or management of compensation and/or benefits. It is affordable ($65) and the travel is local!
Lunch meetings are held four times per year and always feature great speakers. Your membership fee covers all expenses.
